Where to begin? The breakfast turns into a paying coffee counter, so we had to go to Tim Hortons instead. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling everywhere, and I also had to walk in near darkness to inquire about a power outage at 3am, but no special treatment offered for that inconvenience.

The Beautiful Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is fine and relaxing, with a beautiful wooden ceiling that adds a unique touch.

Attentive staff, immaculately clean hotel, neat and airy room. The welcoming and exceptional staff all round. An iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities available in the family king room. The beds were extremely comfy, and the location was incredible.

They had underground parking with video surveillance. Nice pool and Hot tub. Loved the games room and the attached restaurant (Crush Saute and Grill) was terrific. They gave us free continental breakfast which wasn't originally included in our quote price.

The TV in our room was an older heavy box type. Would have been nice to have flatscreen but it worked so I can't complain too much :)

False advertising this was not an "executive" king room. The room was cramped, the bathroom sink leaked and the room smelled musty I paid $188.00 for one night! Transferred to the Best Western the next day what a difference for $150.00 we got a luxurious room with the best service ever.

I like the location of the hotel as everything is in walking distance. The staff was very professional and yet understanding. The restaurants attached and nearby produced excellent meals.

I thought the continental breakfast could use some help. Not all rooms have been updated to the new TV's and the windows don't open for fresh air.

We had a fun family stay, enjoying a comfy Family Room. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids and the free parking made life easy. We explored nearby Indian restaurants based on the staff's recommendations, a good treat.
